REMOTE training

with 2 personal training sessions per month

 

Since my priority in training is safety, form, and proper movement patterning, I am currently offering this service to those located in NYC or Brooklyn only.

Included in the monthly subscription are 2 in-person 60 min instructional sessions to ensure all exercises are being completed with limited risk of injury. Sessions are to be held at either a private training facility or home gym, optimally scheduled for every other week.

All programming is delivered on a weekly basis via GoogleSheets by Friday afternoon of the week before.

After you have a chance to review the workouts, we will complete a weekly 15 min check-in call to ensure clarity before beginning your workouts.

You will have the ability to determine the timing of this call each week to fit with your schedule.

I offer a 24-hour email response guarantee for any questions you may have.

There is a 24-hour cancellation + rescheduling policy for all In-Person Personal Training Sessions. Remote Training is currently only available for those residing in NYC or BK.
