Since my priority in training is safety, form, and proper movement patterning, I am currently offering this service to those located in NYC or Brooklyn only.
Included in the monthly program are 2 in-person 60 min instructional sessions to ensure all exercises are being completed with limited risk of injury.
All programming is delivered on a weekly basis via GoogleSheets by Friday afternoon of the week before.
After you have a chance to review the workouts, we will complete a weekly 15 min check-in call to ensure clarity before beginning your week.
You will have the ability to determine the timing of this call on a weekly basis to fit with your schedule.
I offer a 24-hour email response guarantee for any questions you may have.
